Introduction also offers a free 7 step self help course that only takes a few minutes each day. You don’t need to be a Christian, Muslim or any particular religion to benefit from this service, it’s non-denominational, in fact, you don’t have to even believe in God. What is important is that you believe it will work. We’ve incorporated a little bit of science, a little religion, and a whole lot of positive messages to give you faith because as it say’s in the bible if you have enough faith, you could move a mountain, and, that’s what we are trying to do. We are trying to help you move a mountain’s worth of no’s, cant’s, that’s impossible, your not smart enough, rich enough, powerful enough, healthy enough, religous enough, etc., off your body, mind and spirit and tell you that YES YOU CAN! All you have to do is you believe YOU CAN.

We call this course “CHANCES”, because everybody deserves a chance.

“All life is purposeful, further your DNA has everything you need to not only succeed, but, adapt and change. You can choose to evolve through hard knocks and rough lessons, or evolve easily and peacefully, creating a better life a chance at a time, it’s up to you.”

As Ghandi once said, “you must be the change that you want to see in the world.” However, before you can have change, you need chances.

So, what are chances? That’s a hard question, and, really boils down to your belief system. We can tell you what others believe.  Some people say that chances are random events that occur in your life, often they come at times when you need them the most. They can come as lessons to be learned, or as prayers answered. People who believe in the power of attraction believe that chances are the link between us and the collective conscious. There are those who say that chances are the pseudonum of God when he does not wish to sign his work, while some say that chances are the building blocks of life itself. Creationists will say that we are here by choice, but, given chances and a free will in order to be judged. Evolutionists will say that a chance event spewing random particles of chaos outward resulted in life as we know it, and, life is the simple process of creating order from chances. Realists say that all life can be simplified down to the process of learning how to give and get chances. While science fiction followers say things like chances are the variables that the big scientist in the sky adds to our petri dish in order to test various effects on the organism. Spiritualists believe that chances are the air that your soul breathes, and, they encourage you to breathe deeply (take chances) in order to live fully. However, almost all would agree that without chances, all life would cease to exist. Thus, the more positive chances you take, the better off you will be.

Below are some motivational quotes to get you started.
